The Care Leaver Strategy makes reference to the House Project

The ‘HOUSE Project’ in Stoke has involved setting up a housing co-operative led by young care leavers using homes owned by the council.

National House Project (NHP) has been shortlisted for Public Services Social Enterprise of the Year at the UK Social Enterprise Awards 2025.

Peterborough Council cite Local House Project as a factor in improving the experiences, outcomes, and lives of young people leaving care.
