MCR House Project goes to the rugby!

Posted 22nd March 2022

MCR House Project, in collaboration with Salford Red Devils, attended a rugby league game on Friday 18/03/22. The home team ran out comfortable 26-12 victors over Leeds Rhinos which led to a really fun atmosphere in the stadium.

The young people on the project joined in on the chants, with one young person supporting Leeds, and the others supporting Salford. Everyone had a really great time, with everyone agreeing that they would come back to a rugby game in the future - one of the young people said that the game had inspired them to start playing rugby. We're planning more fun activities like this - stay tuned!
