Launch of the Care Leavers Support Portal to all Local Authorities across the Country

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Care Leavers Support Portal, an online platform that provides a secure way for local authorities to stay connected to care leavers.

Young people from across the country enjoyed a day of celebrations showcasing their achievements with the Care Leavers National Movement (CLNM) and their journeys with the National House Project (NHP).
