Hi my name is Mya and I am the care leavers national movement (CLNM) rep for Trafford young people leaving care. I really enjoy art and music. I write my own lyrics and make my own beats. I am enjoying learning new and helpful skills at the House Project to help to live independently in the future.

Celebrating two huge achievements!
NHP is celebrating two huge achievements: 600 care-experienced young people have now moved into homes of their own as part of the growing House Project community which is now made up of over 1000 young people. This achievement is about so much more than just numbers, it demonstrates a growing community of young people leaving care, living connected and fulfilling lives through developing friendships and community, and really showcases the significant difference meaningful relationships can make.
