House Project Facilitator

Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enable them to live successfully in their own homes. 

Prior to becoming a House Project Facilitator Kerry was a Personal Advisor for Manchester Leaving Care. She has worked with young people for many years in various roles and has transferred her knowledge and skills to best support young people within the House Project.  Kerry is very passionate around making a positive impact and bringing change to young people. Kerry has qualifications in Health and Social Care and Youth Work.
