Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes
Adi has held a number of corporate roles and most recently worked as Business Support Lead. However, it was her involvement and love of community work over 15 years that made her eager to support young people to develop their own House Project community in Manchester. Adi has been involved in organising projects for young people, was a school governor for 4 years, and is keen to use this experience to support young people on the Manchester House Project to achieve their aspirations for the future.

This achievement is about so much more than just numbers, it demonstrates a growing community of young people leaving care, living connected and fulfilling lives through developing friendships and community, and really showcases the significant difference meaningful relationships can make.
